Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, per CDC guidelines, NNTVF implemented a risk mitigation plan to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. All visitors entering the facility will be screened by the following safety measures: a temperature check, a safety questionnaire, a reminder that a face mask is to be worn at all times in the building and to maintain 6 feet physical distance of all NNTVF Staff. 

Per designation as an Essential Program with LIMITED SERVICES, NNTVF Hours of Operation are as follows:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

PLEASE BE ADVISED, OUR RESTROOMS ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AND ALL VISITORS AT THIS TIME. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.  

We kindly request making an appointment before visiting our office at (928) 871-7826 .

The visitor access will remain secured until a proper screening has been performed.

All visitors must adhere to the following before entry:

1. Hands must be washed in the hand washing station provided at the base of the stairs.

2. Ring the doorbell, NNTVF personnel will be with you momentarily.

3. A basic screening questionnaire will be performed by NNTVF personnel. 

4. A temperature check with thermometer. 

 

We will allow ONE (1) person per entry. Please DO NOT go beyond the RED LINE in waiting area, unless given permission.

 

Navajo Nation TV & Film is currently accepting film/photography permit applications, however, productions unrelated to COVID-19 will not be prioritized at this time. Regular productions may be granted full operation in the fall season, pending the trends of COVID-19 on the Navajo Nation. Due to the current situation, the Pre-Production reopening date is yet to be determined, as Navajo Nation Television and Film is adhering to the NDOH Public Health Emergency Order 2020-025 Dikos Ntsaaigii-19

Deliveries will only be accepted upon screening and upon identity of package(s). Please do not leave package(s) unattended.

 

All interdepartmental mail can be left in the drop box provided. Please adhere to any additional preventive/safety postings.
